Rest assured that the space you will be leasing is known for its tranquility. Our tenants are typically very respectful of the businesses around them, contributing to a peaceful and conducive working environment.
We offer both yearly and month-to-month lease options. While the month-to-month option provides flexibility, it has a 10% short-term fee associated with it.
You are welcome to hang pictures and artwork in your leased space, as long as it does not cause significant damage. Additionally, you may paint the walls to your preferred color, with the understanding that upon vacating the suite, it needs to be painted back to its original white or light grey. Alternatively, painting costs can be deducted from your deposit.
No, you will need to supply your furniture for the suite. This allows you the flexibility to personalize your living space according to your taste and needs.
To initiate the leasing process, you will need to complete a lease application form. Along with the application, we require a copy of your driver’s license, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent to hold your desired suite, and permission to run a credit check.
We recommend submitting the security deposit as soon as you have made your decision. This will not only secure the suite for you but also remove it from the availability list, ensuring that it is exclusively reserved for your move-in.
